People often comment that they walk a lot at work when I ask what exercise they do.  There is a totally different reaction to work movement and play movement in our body, mind and soul.

Nail fungus can be brought on by untreated Athlete’s foot that has spread to the toenails or a damaged toenail that went untreated. It is important to keep shoes dry and clean if you have an underlying foot problem, as nail fungus thrives off dark, warm and moist environments.

Arthritis is inflammation of the joints. Several common types of arthritis are Osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Gout, Lupus, and Ankylosing Spondylitis.

A skin disease mostly found during adolescence. Inflammatory: Hair follicles and their associated sebaceous glands are inflamed, with possible scarring. Non inflammatory: commonly referred to as pimples, spots, or zits.
