Glynnis SteynTrying to understand and cure her two children’s allergies and immune issues, led Glynnis to complete many studies in health care since 1993 after she studied Reflexology under Inge Dougans.

However, no single Healing Technique/Modality can be considered an Island on its own – “the healing Elixir of the Body/Mind and Soul”. The various aspects of all areas of your life have to be taken into consideration. It’s important to enjoy and be passionate about what you spend your precious time on.
