BodyTalk really helped me to get in touch with all my pains and shortcomings. I had ankle pain in the mornings, and in cold weather and my wrist couldn’t take pressure on them during exercises. I had a cut on my finger which was really painful and after BodyTalk sessions my pain vanished and my badly injured finger fully recovered. I had built up anger which I suppressed and during BodyTalk I had a chance to confront my anger and release it in a positive way which led my to feeling lighter and relaxed. BodyTalk helped me a lot and I think it is amazing.
